Transfer Delivery Driver

Purpose

Ensure timely delivery of parts to Sinclair locations and drop points on specific routes. Reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our delivery base.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Able to establish and maintain good working relationship with employees and delivery recipients by providing courteous, efficient and professional service
• Correctly loading and unloading parts carefully to prevent damage
• Assist in keeping company vehicles clean and orderly
• Review and verify orders for parts and supplies are accurately picked and staged
• Clean and perform routine maintenance functions for warehouse
• Adhere to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials
• Contribute to managing inventory and ordering parts and working to meet customers' needs
• Must be willing to participate in training and to perform all other duties as requested by management

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• A Valid Driver's license and insurable driving record
• CDL Preferred
• Ability and desire to learn
• Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment in order to reflect the company's values
• High level of attention to detail, especially under pressure
• Dependability and consistency is a must
• Familiar with pallet jack and forklift

Working Conditions & Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Warehouse setting
• Repetitive bending and/or kneeling
• Must be able to lift 75-pounds
• Travel as needed
