Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN/T-LPN) Across USA

DUTIES:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and Cerner.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Assist with family planning services and provide counseling on reproductive health options.
- Monitor and care for neonatal ventilators and other specialized equipment.
- Provide care for toddlers, including administering vaccinations, conducting developmental screenings, and providing age-appropriate education.
- Assist with sterile processing of medical instruments and equipment.
- Perform basic IV therapy, including insertion and maintenance of IV lines.
- Assist with suturing and wound care as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state.
-Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS/CPR).
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and Cerner is a plus.
- Knowledge of family planning practices and procedures is desired.
- Fully covid-19 Vaccinated LPNs are required.
