Essential Qualifications:  The following qualifications are essential for success in this role: Dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences for guests, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.   Possess extensive knowledge of menu items, emphasizing quality and options available to guests. Foster a positive team environment, contributing to smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Effectively communicate with guests and coworkers to ensure accurate orders and a pleasant dining experience. Thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, managing fluctuations in guest traffic with efficiency and quality. Previous experience in customer service/ hospitality/ or retail roles is preferred.   Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset. Must be at least 18 years old. Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide). Legal authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is a must. Proficiency Standards: Endurance: Maintain stamina to stand for extended periods, especially during peak service hours, ensuring consistent quality service. Leadership: Demonstrate leadership qualities by setting high standards for customer service and encouraging innovative approaches to enhance guest satisfaction. Strength: Exhibit the capability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds, ensuring smooth handling of products during transactions without compromising efficiency. Acute Awareness: Develop keen perception to understand guest preferences and inquiries, proactively addressing their needs to enhance their overall dining experience.    Attention to Detail: Exercise meticulous attention to detail in processing orders and handling transactions, maintaining the highest standard of service.   Clear Communication: Foster clear and concise communication with guests and team members, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.
