Repair Parts Tester

Job Summary 

Repair Parts Tester performs parts testing on individual parts to be moved into inventory and contributes to a healthy inventory strategy and positive work environment. This position is 1st shift, M-F and pays $15-16 depending on experience.

Essential Functions

• Performs parts testing on designated repair parts
• Execute the bag and tag process for repair parts
• Identify and problem solve testing issues
• Tear down assigned Chromebooks in a timely manner with regard to a high level of quality
• Assist Parts Lead and Repair Parts Specialist in maintaining stock of materials
• Pick parts for repair orders as necessary 
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and  assist and train others
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
• Ability to work independently

Education & Experience
