About the Position: Expectations

Due to our rapid growth, Hinderer Motor Company is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the Hinderer Powersports team. The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all the models that we sell, will deliver high-quality customer service, and become a consultant to each client on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for cars, we want to hear from you!!

Requirements

  • Assist customers in purchasing or lease of vehicles in a professional manner with uncompromised integrity
  • Use initiative and diligence in prospecting new customers.
  • Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Earn manufacturer certifications and effectively demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Promote repeat and referral business by building customer relationships through outstanding service and consistent follow-up.
  • Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
  • Follow up with customers who have not purchased yet
  • Follow up with "sold" customers till they buy again and send you referrals
  • Willingness to learn

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects, be a team player and self-motivated, and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Strong F&I Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Must be willing to work in an On-site dealership environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation mandatory.
  • A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
  • Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
  • Able to obtain a Sales License
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Requirements:

  • Highly-polished, proven leadership qualities with an emphasis on client satisfaction and sales.
  • Willingness to coach, train, mentor, and develop in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to deliver World Class Client Satisfaction.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be willing to work in an On-site dealership environment.

  • Able to obtain a Sales License
  • 5 Years of related experience.
  • 5 Day work week/45 Hours.
