Description:

Sullivan Tire, a leading tire and automotive service company, has been family operated for more than 67 years with over 1,200 employees and currently has an opportunity to be a Sales & Service Writer. The Sales and Service Writer will be a customer service focused individual.

Responsibilities:

· Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base.

· Foster a positive and friendly environment

· Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in a retail environment
• Strong telephone skills
• Understanding the tire and auto service industry is a plus
• Dependable Transportation
• A proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plus
