Job Summary:
Empire Ford is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Abingdon, Virginia. Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and fostering strong relationships with them. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, organized, and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with vehicle service inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs and maintenance
• Prepare accurate and detailed service estimates for customers
• Communicate repair timelines and updates to customers
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of service transactions
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
• Keep customers informed of any changes or delays in service
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and address any further concerns
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding current and upcoming automotive industry trends and developments
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in automotive fields is a plus
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer software and systems
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
