Responsibilities

  • This multifaceted role involves providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in resolving inquiries and issues
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving revenue growth within our sales department
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback
  • Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and coordinating service requests
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and create upgrade opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align service offerings with customer requirements, contributing to revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes, and advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service appointments
  • Generate regular reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and service trends to inform decision-making

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in a sales department or related field

  • Adept at working independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends if required
