Leasing Agent

We are looking for a Leasing Agent to present and lease units to qualified candidates for multiple properties. This includes following up with assigned prospects, showing units, and assisting with applications and online registration.

Essential Job Duties

• Maintain awareness of apartment inventory, pricing, and availability
• Sell prospective residents on the unit features, company service, and signing a lease
• Coordinate with Property Managers and Leasing Office on assigned leads and unit showings
• Attention to detail in communicating with prospective and current residents. 

Experience

• 1+ years’ experience in a customer-contact capacity or customer-service role is preferred
• Real estate leasing or sales experience highly recommended, but not required
• High level of energy and a “people person” who enjoys communicating with prospective residents
• Ability to work flexible schedule, if needed (weekdays after 5pm or weekends)
