Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry.
- Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain Service Experience Index scores at or above company standards.
- Interview Customers to capture relative information pertinent to customer concerns
- Maintain good working relationship with factory and foster positive employee relations.
- Utilize Company Scheduling system to support appointment coordinators
Qualifications
- Previous Experience with CDK preferred but not required
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
