Automotive Service Advisor Position Available at Roper Kia!

Details
- Experience preferred.
- Full time position.
- Benefits such as health insurance, 401k, vacation, etc are available.
- Have & maintain a valid driver's license at all times.
- Pass a MVR (moving vehicle report) check.
- Pass drug test.
- Work well on a team to complete tasks & achieve targets together.
Tasks include, but not limited to:
- Greet customers in a timely & courteous manner
- Coordinate repairs with shop foreman & assistant service manager.
- Document & present needed & recommended repairs to customers.
- Maintain & follow up with documentation for repair orders, warranty administration, extended warranty companies, & sales management.
- Monitor & stay advised on the status of cars in a shop.
- Follow up with all customers in a timely & efficient manner.
- Communicate promise times based on current workflow & business needs.
