Summary: Process all accounts payable functions. Hours are M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Primary Responsibilities: Process invoices for assigned vendors by matching packing slips with invoices, preparing vouchers using accounting software, verifying pricing. Data Entry related to accounting, reconciliation, process disbursements and review vendor statements. Work with division personnel and vendor to resolve any discrepancies. Assist with other department functions as needed.

Qualifications: HS Diploma. Associate degree in Accounting or Business and/or previous work in related field preferred. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day and meet stringent deadlines. Must be able to work under deadline pressure, and have high volume of data input.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $18.00 to $23.00 per hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
