Weekend Requirements : 1 Full Weekend/Mo
On Call Requirements : 6 Call Shifts Per Month
Requirement description :
- Orthopedic Experience - Required
- National certification - Required
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- National Certification (NBSTSA or comparable) & BLS (AHA)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS
Weekend Requirements : 1 Full Weekend/Mo
