What will I be doing?
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking support and guidance. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide professional counseling services to clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Your expertise and empathetic approach will help empower individuals to overcome challenges, foster emotional well-being, and promote positive personal growth.
You will be working on:
Communication skills
Individual and family counseling
Crisis intervention and treatment
Case management activities
Creating individual treatment plans based on family’s needs
Am I a good fit?
In this position you will be travelling in the community to meet families where they are. A flexible schedule is important for this role, and allows you to have control over your session planning. Attention to detail will ensure success in this role.
Required Minimum hours per week: 25 hours.
Competitive Salary with hourly rate over 25 hours.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Service field is required as well as 2 years’ social work or mental health experience with youth or families. License required (LPC, LMSW, etc.)
