Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences, and tailor event plans accordingly.
- Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements run smoothly and according to plan.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality events that exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
