Job Responsibilities

• Understand and implement insurance sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to policy delivery)
• Present and demonstrate coverage and protection options
• Review, update and manage daily sales tasks
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share, and account rounding
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Retain existing business, & reach monthly sales goals to meet agency standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Education and/or Experience

Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS. Texas Property & Casualty licnese required!
