Bloomington-Normal Auto Mall and Autohaus of Peoria are wholly owned subsidiaries of AutoCanada, a publicly traded company. These dealerships are part of AutoCanada’s first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have over 150 employees. We are searching for talented individuals as we begin a new and exciting legacy into the U.S. market.
Currently, we are looking to add to our office team and are searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. This role will be based out of our Autohaus of Peoria store. We need a truly committed and experienced AP candidate. We can offer a very competitive pay plan and an exceptional benefits package. Responsibilities
- Bills and invoices paid
- Data Entry
- Report Generation
- Provide prompt, efficient, quality service to all customers at all times
- Excellent attendance is expected, and call-ins must be made to your manager when you are unable to report to work
- Answer all external and internal customer questions with honesty and genuine concern
- Ensure that customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern, and according to dealership guidelines. Contact manager when appropriate
- Assist in other administrative duties including sorting and filing
- Attend all department and staff meetings
- Other duties as assigned.
- Organized
- Detail orientated
- CDK experience would be a huge plus
- Able to handle a challenging, fast paced environment
