Part-time Bookkeeper/Office Assistant
Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)
Are you an experience bookkeeper looking for a flexible work schedule that requires 2-3 hours per day? We are looking for a detail oriented part-time Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to primarily deal with bookkeeping and some office management responsibilities.
The right person will focus on handling accounts payable and receivable, generating invoices, paying bills and reconciling bank and credit card accounts etc.
You will be the liaison to various vendors such as 1099/corp-to-corp, medical, insurance, and payroll etc. Periodically you will interface with customers to inquire on payment and timesheets.
This is a part-time position, that requires 5+ years of bookkeeping experience. The right individual must be proactive, detail-oriented, able to take ownership and have excellent skills with QuickBooks Online. Schedule is flexible but requires 2-3 dedicated hours per weekday.
Skills:
QuickBooks Online – Minimum 5 years of experience
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspaces
Excellent communications skills
You will work remotely, but you must be based in the (South) Bay Area to be able to come to office in Cupertino occasionally. No exceptions.
