Description:

New Life Staffing is currently on the hunt for a Construction Project Manager for a client we have in the Columbus, OH area. We're looking to hire ASAP, so if you're in the market for a new opportunity, this is for you!

You will need:

-5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
-PMP certification is an added plus.
-Experience leading construction projects on any of the following: multi-family homes, apartments, senior living facilities, student housing, and mixed-use buildings.
-Must have experience with ground-up renovations.
-Prior project lists and estimates are needed.

Salary: $130-140,000
