Associate Programmatic Trader (Advertising)

Position Overview

Leveraging the direct user engagement of the CivicScience consumer insights platform, we are expanding our Advertising team and seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Programmatic Trader. This person will oversee delivery of direct programmatic advertising campaigns including audience/campaign planning, setup, optimizations, and reporting on behalf of our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own planning and execution of direct programmatic campaigns across DSPs (Xandr, The Trade Desk, etc.)
• Assist with pre-launch activities: campaign builds, pixel creation, creative trafficking, audience creation
• Develop campaign plans for advertisers based on client objectives and KPIs
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies
• Optimize campaign performance against key campaign metrics
• Present results to clients
• Work with product and sales team to optimize product offering and delivery effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 or more years of hands-on experience optimizing campaigns in DSPs
• Experience with first-and third-party audience targeting and technology, online measurement and/or delivery and measurement platforms (preferred)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client/stakeholder deadlines simultaneously
• High level of proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Professional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred)

This is a remote (work-from-home) position heavily focused on the advertising industry in New York. Compensation will vary, based on knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications, experience, bonus, and commissions, guided by fair and equitable employment decisions for qualified candidates.
