Electrical Service Manager, Residential

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in service delivery. Our client is an electrical contractor in Columbus, Ohio. This is a direct-hire, full-time position.

POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS

As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential service accounts with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Supervise and coordinate residential services staff.
• Create work schedules and assignments.
• Prepare quotes and invoices for residential service customers.
• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries.
• Coordinate equipment needs.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical industry and NEC.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work against deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.

$65,000-80,000k
