We are looking for a take-charge individual who knows how to structure primary and secondary deals, bring new ideas to the table, and can build a team of trained professionals who produce results. We are looking for strong closers, willing to engage with customers early in the sales process with the goal of achieving 100% customer satisfaction. In this role, it is important not only to engage and build relationships with customers, but also building a strong working relationship with our Business Development Center. The BDC is our largest, most effective prospecting tool and should be utilized to its fullest potential by the Sales Manager. Work with Specialists to complete manufacturer training in a timely manner * Ensuring that the sales staff' success by actively monitoring individual daily activities and processes * Monitoring and adjusting inventory to optimize customer choices ***Requirements:*** * 2+ years' experience as a Sales Manager in a dealership setting * Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record * Relationships and experience with primary and secondary finance sources * Proven track record exceeding sales goals * Dealertrack, VinSolutions, VAuto, and Rapid Recon Software knowledge is beneficial * Outstanding communication skills * Professional appearance, work ethic, and excellent managerial skills * Ability to recruit, train, develop and retain a high performance sales team * Strong sense of accountability * Stable work history ***Applications Require a Valid E-Mail Address** **Apply for Automotive Sales Manager** First name
