FT Nanny in Fairview, NC (Near Asheville) for their 4 children, 3 girls, ages 11,9 & 6, and a 2Y boy. Hours are M- F 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm, with flexibility to work occasional weekends and travel with the family. Best nanny is flexible, resourceful, patient, and kind, and has excellent communication skills, can quickly adapt and work as a team with the parents to manage unexpected schedule changes when they arise, being proactive and able to multitask is essential for this position. A nanny who will travel with the family and work occasional overnights is imperative. Afternoons consist of occasional afterschool activities for the three oldest and naptime for the youngest. Youngest will start his potty training journey soon, and the nanny will be asked to assist. A nanny who can oversee the after-school routine, which includes the children doing their homework, preparing their backpacks for the next day, and transporting them to their various activities. Mom is home most days and will ask the nanny to assist her on outings with the children on occasion. Dad works from home several days a week; the nann should respect work-from-home boundaries. Jobstarts ASAP, and pay is negotiable at $30-40 an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage. The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check
