A little about this position:
- Provides administrative and operational assistance for The Westin Monache.
- Works with sales, administration, owner relations, and front desk to perform a variety of operational functions.
Requirements:
- High school graduate with at least two years advanced course work in business administration, hotel management, or related fields preferred.
- Two years of hospitality, administrative, or customer service work-related experience preferred.
- Must be able to exercise a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management whether in person, on the telephone or in writing.
- Professionalism, strong attention to detail and follow through skills necessary.
- Knowledge of business machines and computers within a Windows operating system is necessary as well as proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
