Description:

Green Source Automation is based in Jerome, Idaho, and is seeking an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician in or around Lafayette, Indiana. The candidate must understand our system's benefits and be committed to developing, applying, and enforcing our automated systems. This position will include:

  • Maintaining Robotics Systems in the dairy industry
  • Biweekly maintenance on all six systems
  • Weekly brush changes
  • Monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators
  • Requires you to be on-call

Requirements:


  • Ability/willingness to develop the required skill set to complete necessary maintenance.
  • Experience in PLC-based controls design, development, implementation, and support.
  • Mechanical mindset.
  • Must have PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
  • Work with chemicals (Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine).
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects and workloads.
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
  • Be the face of Our company.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Complete and submit paperwork on time.
  • Work independently and with team members.
  • Knowledge of and experience troubleshooting electrical systems using wiring diagrams and test equipment.
  • Flexibility with work hours and days.
  • Drive to different dairies throughout the region within a 6-hour driving range.
  • Maintain company vehicle.
  • Working dairy environment (around cows and manure).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.


Compensation details: 40000-60000 Yearly Salary
