Sinai Hospital's Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties.
The Float Pool at Sinai Hospital is a designated supplemental staffing pool designed to be used by nursing areas when unit staffing is insufficient to meet patient care needs. We currently have openings for Full-time and Part-time, in which all are eligible to participate in the clinical ladder and as well as committees throughout the hospital.
RN's can receive up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus + Competitive pay + Differentials!

JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and, resource for patients and their families.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Not currently a LifeBridge Health employee
- Telemetry experience required
- 2+ years of experience on 2+ departments required
- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Current Certification - NRP for WICU, M/B L&D
- ACLS for Critical Care, L&D, and Tele Units
- PALS for ED, PACU, PEDS, PICU, & CDCR
Float Pool staff will follow a 6-week schedule and a weekend obligation of 2-3 shifts, 1 major holiday in Summer, 1 in Winter and 2 difficult-to-staff days is also required. All staff are eligible for shift incentives once flex obligations has been met.
