- Assisting residents with ADL's and various forms of daily care according to their specific needs
- Monitor and document vital signs per policy
- Assist in maintaining resident care records by documenting timely and appropriately in the electronic record system
- Provide companionship and positive interaction daily with residents
- Work with other departments to provide a full scope of care to our residents daily
