Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in Med Surg
Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience
PALS certification required to submit
BLS certification
Job Description:
Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the treatments being provided.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality care and patient safety.
