Job Description
Position Summary/Objective
\nThe Utilities Clerk processes and pays vendor invoices, and processes utility work orders according to Company policies and procedures.
\nHours: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
\nPay: $17/hr
\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities

- Processes emailed utility invoices through Salesforce \n
- Reviews hard copy invoices received from the mail clerk and distributes to offshore team or processes through Salesforce \n
- Enters invoices into Yardi software as needed \n
- Fields questions from providers concerning payment status, statements, or remittance advice \n
- Assists internal personnel with utility inquiries \n
- Maintains all necessary utility reports, spreadsheets, and applicable files \n

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

- Strong aptitude with computers, internet, network phone systems \n
- 1-2 years experience of data entry \n
- Customer Service (Internal/External) \n
- Problem Solving/Research \n
- Time Management \n
- Data Entry skills required \n
