Housekeeping - Full-time

Express Employment Professionals has an immediate opening for a House Attendant - Housekeeper for a hotel located in the Chula Vista (Eastlake) area.

 

Responsibilities:

•              Maintains the cleanliness of hotel corridors, elevators, and all assigned areas of the property.

•              Daily walkthrough of hotel property to ensure property is clean as well as serve as light security.

•              Collect dirty linen from Room Attendant carts and deliver to laundry for cleaning.

•              Laundry: wash, dry, and fold linen

•              Upon guest requests, deliver items such as towels.

•              Collect and dispose of trash and recycled materials.

•              Sweep and vacuum carpets.

•              Maintain cleanliness and re-stock all storage rooms with required linen and supplies.

•              Maintenance: unclog toilets, re-set AC units for guests

 

Qualifications:

•              2 years of experience in housekeeping or maintenance highly desired

•              Basic English Required

•              Excellent communication and organizational skills

•              Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

•              Highly responsible & reliable

•              Ability to work well under pressure.

 

PAY RATE: $17.50 per hour.

SCHEDULE: Tuesday-Saturday 5 pm - 1:30 am
