Product Knowledge:

• Mastering raw materials, manufacturing processes, and quality testing methods.
• Identifying process capabilities and deviations.
• Understanding end-user applications of our products.

Process Equipment:

• Ensuring optimal equipment functionality.
• Innovating to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Comprehensively documenting all maintenance and repairs.

Team Collaboration:

• Partnering with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams.
• Providing accurate information and completing tasks promptly.
• Effectively communicating to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
