Speech Language Pathologist - De Graff, OH

Employment type: Full-time, full school year, contract

Hours: 7-3 pm

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and experience in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech and language abilities in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language difficulties
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech and language services
  • Stay current with the latest developments in speech language therapy and integrate new techniques into treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active State SLP License
  • Experience working in schools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
