Position Overview: As a Virtual Intervention Specialist with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to provide individualized support and interventions to students in Ohio from the comfort of your own home. This contract position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule and the autonomy to design tailored interventions for each student. By leveraging teletherapy platforms, you'll engage students in meaningful sessions while helping them overcome academic and behavioral challenges. Location: Remote (Ohio-based)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' academic and behavioral needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
• Provide targeted interventions and support to students, focusing on areas such as literacy, numeracy, behavior management, and social skills development.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to implement and monitor students' progress toward their goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and strategies to address students' individual needs and promote their overall growth and success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress monitoring data, and communication with stakeholders.
• Stay informed about best practices in intervention strategies, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Ohio state license or certification as an Intervention Specialist.
• Previous experience working with students with diverse needs, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect effectively with students, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
