Position Overview: As a Remote Intervention Specialist with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to deliver individualized support and interventions to students in Ohio from the comfort of your own home. This contract position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule and the autonomy to design tailored interventions for each student. By leveraging teletherapy platforms, you'll engage students in meaningful sessions while addressing their academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Location: Remote (Ohio-based)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' strengths, challenges, and individualized needs.
• Develop and implement targeted intervention plans to support students' academic progress and social-emotional well-being.
• Provide direct intervention services to students through teletherapy platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to monitor students' progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress monitoring data, and communication with stakeholders.
• Stay informed about best practices in intervention strategies, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Ohio state license or certification as an Intervention Specialist.
• Previous experience working with students with diverse needs, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect effectively with students, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
