Job Description:

Join our team at [School Name] in Gardner, MA, where we are mitted to providing prehensive support to our students' psychological well-being. We are currently seeking two dedicated School Psychologists to join us for the 24/25 school year. These positions are in-person and will play a crucial role in supporting our students' academic, social, and emotional success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop intervention plans and support strategies
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' educational needs
  • Assist in the implementation of school-wide positive behavior support initiatives
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Professional Support Personnel License
  • Experience working as a School Psychologist preferred
  • Strong knowledge of psychological principles and assessment techniques
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
