This position is responsible for directing the operations and development of the Beatitudes at Home program through the coordination of in-home, non-medical non certified caregiving assistance with a focus on well-being, healthy aging and independence preservation. This position reports to the Vice President of Health Services and is exempt from overtime pay.


Major Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

· Oversees the planning, organizing, developing and directing the management and administration of the program in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines as well as program policies and procedures.

· Oversees business development and operations; coordinates hiring, training and management of administrative and managerial staff as the program continues to grow.

· Manages service inquiries, client needs assessment, and lead generation.

· Builds brand-awareness both on Campus and in the community.

· Works in partnership with the Marketing Department to assess the competitive market, and sales and marketing materials.

· Schedules and performs initial in-home assessments.

· Coordinates care schedules, completes quality assurance visits and updates client care plan.

· Organizes companion education and quarterly meetings.

· Liaison between companions, clients and clients' families.

· Initializes billing and payroll, which will be finalized by the Accounting Department.

· Forms partnerships with community health service providers and educators.

· Coordinates with Business Development Team for structural or developmental concerns.

· Refers to Continuum of Care Team with client concerns or change in condition.


Requirements:

· 4-Year College Degree preferred

· Previous experience in home care and healthcare is required

· Minimum 5 years progressive healthcare-related experience required

· 2+ years healthcare-related sales and marketing experience preferred

· 2+ years direct patient care experience preferred

· 2+ years customer service experience required

· Proficiency in Outlook, Scheduling and CRM Software

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills



Compensation details: 65000-75000 Yearly Salary
