Buckeye Power Sales has been providing on site power solutions for businesses, contractors, engineers, municipalities and homeowners since 1947, which makes us the oldest Kohler generator distributor in the country. We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous. From power generation to light construction to grounds care – we have the machines, equipment, parts, programs & service to help you get the job done.

$500.00 Sign-On Bonus is being offered for the right candidate!

Our Service Coordinators are responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service to customers who call or come in
• Assisting the sales department with scheduling the setup of new equipment
• Generating work orders for service technicians
• Assisting with scheduling and routing of service jobs
• Checking out/in customer, loaner, and rental units
• Producing quotes and invoices
• Supporting the Service department with paperwork
• Tracking open job orders for potential missed billing opportunities
• Pulling the tech jobs daily, matching time to jobs, log scorecard date
• Coordinating activities between sales, parts, service, and technicians
• Coordinating needed maintenance for rental fleet equipment
• Providing document copies requested by customers

Service Coordinator Job Requirements:

• Conforms with core values of BPS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years prior customer service experience desired
• Basic knowledge of the workings of gaseous and diesel engines or willingness and ability to train and enhance knowledge of generators preferred.
• Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
• Resourceful; able to use internet search engines
• Basic math skills
• Able to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
• Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
• Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
