Warehouse Lead - Full-time

Xpedient is a full-service 3rd party logistics provider. We have experience helping a diverse client base in warehousing services, transportation management, supply chain management, order fulfillment and labor needs.

Shift Available: 10pm to 6am
Hourly: $19.20

General Purpose

The Warehouse Lead processes orders and prepares correspondence to fulfill customer needs as well as keeping all inbound and outbound loads scheduled and organized.. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer. Acts as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution. They are the backbone of our operations and we are looking for you to join us!

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct operations in a manner promoting safety
• Daily management of the Warehouse Management System, including managing inbound, outbound, order picking and cycle count functions
• Coordinate with customer on system integration
• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Prepare customer orders for processing.
• Maintain customer records and updates account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order management and product management.
• Must be super efficient in all tasks required
• Keep appropriate records and reports
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
• Assist in any required physical inventories
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards
• Ability to read, understand and follow instructions, and to code applicable documents
