About Us: At Resort Housekeeper, we're leaders in hospitality services across Arizona. We focus on delivering top-notch housekeeping and guest services to resorts, hotels, and vacation spots. We're looking for a dedicated Executive Housekeeper to join our team in Scottsdale. If you're passionate about providing great service, this role could be perfect for you.

Role Overview: As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you'll support in overseeing all operations within the housekeeping department. Your main goal? Keeping our guest service standards high and fostering a great team atmosphere. At least three years of experience in hotel or timeshare housekeeping are needed. Plus, being comfortable with basic computer programs like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.

Responsibilities:

Supporting Operations:
  • Assist in leading the day-to-day operations of Housekeeping, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Keep our guest service standards high and consistent across the department.
Being Innovative:
  • Help us find new ways to improve our services and stay competitive in the hospitality industry.
  • Look for ways to use technology to make our guests' experiences even better.
Supporting the Team:
  • Assist in managing the people side of Housekeeping, including recruitment, training, and staff support.
  • Offer guidance and support to team members to facilitate their professional growth.
Leading by Example:
  • Encourage a positive team spirit and a focus on delivering great service.
  • Be a role model for your team members, showing them what excellent service looks like.
Making Sure We're Accountable:
  • Keep an eye on our budgets, policies, and legal requirements to make sure we're on track.
  • If there are any issues, be ready to address them and find solutions.

Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience in hotel or timeshare housekeeping.
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good communication skills in English; knowing Spanish is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of hotel or timeshare management systems is helpful.
  • Understanding of basic safety and housekeeping practices.
  • Strong leadership skills and a friendly attitude.
