**$7000 Sign-On Bonus**
Operating Room Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Cover OR positions and scheduling necessities, Circulating and/or Pre-op/Post-op duties
- Admit and/or discharge a patient to or from the surgical department.
- Provide care/assistance during the surgical procedure
- Work with physicians, surgical technicians, CRNA's, and other team members to provide care/safety to patients and documentation of procedural care
- Monitor the medical condition of a patient throughout the surgical process and report changes to appropriate personnel.
- Work as scheduled with other RN's
- Take surgery calls as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be within 20 minutes of the hospital when on call.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Kansas or has a work permit from the State Board of Nursing.
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required or must complete BLS certification within one month of employment.
- ACLS and PALS certification is required and must be completed within 6 months of employment.
- TNCC and NRP certification is preferred.
- One year experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
