Minimum Requirements

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license (No Permits or Probationary Licenses)
• Have driven, and maintained, a clean driving record for the past 5 years

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations, and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You are well-spoken,professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.

You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Our Hospitality and Valet Team is the first and last impression for patients and guests during their hospital visit, which positions them to make a huge impact daily! This team understands that people come first,as they strive to be the embodiment of customer service while interacting with patients, guests, and hospital staff: Welcoming people and going above and beyond while assisting with additional services such as unloading/loading of vehicles, assisting with mobility challenges, and even offering wheelchair / escort services as needed; is just a small part of what this team does to elevate the patient experience!

• Orthopedic Specialists of New Jersey - Paramus, New Jersey

Shift Details

• Full-Time employees work 40 hours per week.
• Days and Shifts will vary based on business needs and availability.

• Typical Shifts Range From
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00am - 4:00pm
• 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm friendly demeanor, showing compassion and empathy to everyone you interact with.
• Provide exceptional Valet services, ensuring the safety and security of people and their belongings.
• Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthens the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
• Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair, and escort services as needed.
• Meticulously maintain records, including photos of vehicle, condition, and other records as needed.
• Efficiently manage parking logistics adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws.
• Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED required
• Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license (No Permits or Probationary License)
• Have driven, and maintained, a clean driving record for the past 5 years
• Will Work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion, supporting your team, and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility.
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details.
• Ability to work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment.
• Ability to move with urgency and speed.
• Safely and physically able to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
• Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English
• Bi-lingual not required but a plus!
• This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather.
• Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service.

Compensation

• Base pay of $15.13/hour plus tips (Up to $19/hr with tips!)
