Trainer

Job Title: Trainer - Retail Banking (Full time)

Location: Littleton, NH or Plymouth, NH

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area. Currently, we are looking for a Trainer for retail banking staff.

Trainer Responsibilities:

• Perform new hire regulatory training
• Schedules and conducts training classes for new and existing Retail staff
• Update and develop new Retail employee training
• Acts as a resource for retail staff with complex transactions or customer issues
• Monitors trainees complete of training checklist and follows up with manager and trainee to ensure successful completion of training
• Trains new employees on wire input and verification

Trainer Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
• Attention to detail
• Travel to branch offices is required
