As a vital part of our operation, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by working with our team to conduct routine and preventative maintenance as well as diagnosing machinery issues.

 

Job Summary: We are seeing a skilled Manufacturing Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery used in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with machinery.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
  • Collaborate with production team to identify and address equipment problems in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as manufacturing mechanic or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in manufacturing maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
