State-registered Professional Counselor Associate, Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Social Work Associate or LPC, LMFT, or LCSW

Established boutique-style clinical behavioral healthcare practice looking to increase the mental health workforce in our community by adding well-suited providers to support our medicaid, private insurance and private pay populations. Providers will be full-time (32-hours/week) W-2 employees with a competitive reimbursement model, 401K, health insurance and PTO for qualified applicants. Supervision provided. Candidates will join an established practice of like-minded dynamic providers that are motivated to support Associates’ growth in the field in and outside of supervision.
Must be self-directed and able to navigate caseload requirements independently outside of supervision hours and administrative support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Associate or Licensed with the state of Oregon in the field of psychology, social work, counseling, and/or marriage and family therapy or in the process of registration.
- Free from open investigations and/or disciplinary action.
- Must be motivated to complete licensure requirements (hours, supervision, board exam) within 3-years.
- Competency in using electronic POS and EMR systems or willing to learn for coordination of care.
- Basic knowledge of psychotropic medications.
- Must pass background check.
DESCRIPTION:
The right candidate is motivated to be a part of an integrated behavioral healthcare practice that provides medication management and therapeutic intervention to children, adolescents, families and adults. Position locations include; in-office, virtual and in-school settings working with high school and middle school aged students. Overall responsibilities include: assessment/diagnosis, treatment planning, individual, group, and/or marital/family therapy as caseload demands. Provider must have confidence with maintaining clinical records, taking payments, suicide intervention, and interacting with prescribing practitioners on a regular basis for therapeutic necessity. Candidate must also be motivated to collaborate with school administration as needed for coordination of care. Trauma-informed or specialized training, a plus. Interest in children/adolescents and family work also a plus. EMDR –trained or certified also beneficial.
