First Drive Logistics, an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) is seeking highly motivated, reliable, safe delivery drivers to join our team! *Must be 21 years of age to deliver!* *NO CDL Required!* Tired of being micromanaged? We operate 7 days a week out of an Amazon warehouse in Lockbourne, OH, down the road from Rickenbacker Airport. -First Drive drivers start out at $18.25/ hour and all drivers are eligible for Roll-Up Pay! Work 7 hours and complete your route→ get paid for 10. We offer weekly pay. -Performance & safe driving bonuses can be earned every week! ***MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVING RECORD*** REQUIREMENTS: - Must be comfortable using a smartphone/apps - Must be able to complete full route & shift of 10 hours; No partial shifts - Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) - Must be able to lift, push, & pull up to 50 lbs very frequently - Must be able to walk, stand, squat, bend/twist frequently (in & out of van 200+ times daily) - Must be at least 21 years of age - Must have a valid driver's license - Must be able to work within the US - Must pass a background check - Must pass a pre-employment drug screen JOB EXPECTATIONS: - Must complete pre-trip and post trip van inspection check-list - Safely operate company-provided delivery van at all times: before, during, and after completing deliveries - Navigate delivery route of 190+ stops via GPS on provided smartphone/Use delivery app - Must be comfortable driving and delivering in all weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, ect.) - Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs. - Able to get in and out of Van up to 200 times a day - Load and unload packages to be delivered - Fuel up delivery van at designated gas stations at end of shift WHAT WE OFFER: - Health Benefits after 90 days - PTO (Paid Time Off) starts to accrue after day 1 - WEEKLY PAY!! - PAID Training - FT & PT positions (FT - 4 days including at least 1 weekend day, PT - 2 to 3 days with at least 1 weekend day) - Opportunities for career advancement - FREE Work Shoes Of Your Choice - City Routes (No Downtown or Campus Routes) - Company-Provided Uniform - Weekly Performance & Safe Driving Bonuses - Not a Seasonal PositionLooking for Permanent Employees!
