Account Representative - Full-time

ABR has partnered with a company in Wausau with immediate openings in customer service seeking exemplary Account Representatives to join the team.

This is a Full-Time Direct Hire opportunity for dependable candidates in a call center setting.

Wage: $16.50 starting based on experience

Hours: 7a.m.-3:30p.m. or 8:30a.m.- 5p.m. M-F with one Saturday shift per month ($3 shift differential)

Job Duties:

• Receive inbound and make outbound calls to customers using dialer platform
• Resolve accounts as efficiently as possible with a one call resolution goal
• Effectively set up payment or plan for past-due balances and current payments
• Assist in answering appropriate overflow calls
• Making outbound calls on special projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior collections and/or CSR experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different groups/individuals in a professional manner
• Strong research and analytical skill set with great attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and handle multiple tasks with high level of efficiency and flexibility
• Administrative duties experience required
• Understanding of basic math concepts and ability to apply training/instructional methods and procedures appropriately
