Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Agent you will be doing:

·         Posting and balancing charges and settlements for room, restaurant and bar daily work

·         Maintaining files

·         Entering daily sales revenues into corporate accounting systems

·         Front Desk clerk on shift, including checking guests in and out

·         Greeting guests with warm hospitality

·         Check guests into and out of the hotel, fulfilling their requests during their stay, answering telephone inquiries, making reservations, and other duties as assigned.

·         Provide support to the sales team in executing contracts, proposals, and correspondence

·         Assist with sales efforts in soliciting new business and in selling guestrooms, meeting space

·         Assist as needed with hotel and sales related functions

·         Able to work through customer service related issues and problem solve.

·         Any other duties or responsibilities which might be required by a manager

·         Due to the nature of our business, flexibility with our work schedules will be required to include weekends and holidays.

        Requirements:

·         Available on flexible shifts on Weekday, Weekends and Holidays.

·         Must be over 18 and have a valid driver's license

·         Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional time management abilities

·         Previous Hotel front desk experience

·         Strong computer proficiency

·         At least 1 year work experience in hotel guest services or other customer service related area.

·         Neat, professional grooming and presentation

·         A positive attitude
