Retail Warehouse Associate

As a full time retail warehouse associate at Appliances 4 Less, you will play an important role in supporting the company to succeed and grow. While doing warehouse logistics duties, such as receiving and preparing inventory, you will also interact with customers and make sales.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and recording inventory

• Prepare inventory to be distributed to other retail locations

• Report and order parts and accessory

• Organize and move appliances

• Selling appliances and services to customers

• Pack and load customer merchandise for pickups

• Chat with customers online during presale stage

• Create and reach out to customer leads

• Keep sales floor and appliances clean and organized

• Provide customer feedback to the store manager and maintain customer relationships

• Research and stay up-to-date with appliance models and features

• Make delivery schedules

• Assist manager with administrative work as needed

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking is preferred

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Basic math skills

• Computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office programs

• Physically able to move appliances

• Friendly and cheerful working attitude

• Communicate clearly and effectively

• Customer service orientated

• Organized and thorough

• A team player

• Honest and accountable
