Department: Sales in the Duval, Saint Johns & Flagler County Area 

Reports to: Director of Sales (DOS)

Job Objective: Share the 1 Day Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling business that is family-owned and operated. We
will provide 4 to 8 pre-qualified, preset appointments each week. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will use your
sales skills to generate leads, maintain customer contact with the help of the customer care department &
development of new customers. You will be required to introduce the customer to the process of our company.
The rest of the process is handled by other departments to allow the Sales Consultant more time to obtain
additional customers.

Training: 1 Day Kitchen and Bath Transformations will provide initial training and ongoing training to be successful
as long as you have basic sales skills for us to work with.

Outside Sales Consultant Benefits:
1. Paid Training $500.00 a week up to 4 weeks to be paid back from future sales commissions. Training by
highly qualified trainers up to 4 weeks of training to build up a sales pipeline.
2. 10% Commissions on gross sales. This is a commission-only position with uncapped potential.
3. Potential Quarterly Bonuses based upon meeting sales goals.
4. All marketing materials and Client Relation Software paid for by the company.
5. Business cards and company shirts are provided and paid for by the company.
6. Independent working schedules for SC that prove to be productive.
7. Income opportunity upwards of $75,000 to $100,000 annually.

Outside Sales Consultants Key Qualities:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Be coachable, teachable, willing to work hard, and not reinvent the business model.
3. Able to reach goals set and agreed to.
4. Experience in some type of home improvement sales.
5. Be able to work independently while taking direction of leadership from the Director of Sales.
6. Must have sales experience in bathroom renovations or kitchen cabinet refacing.
