As an MSP Senior Help Desk Technician, you’ll be the tech hero our clients rely on. Here’s your mission:

  • Your Duties:

  • Organization Maven: Keep things shipshape and organized.

  • Ticket Whisperer: Create and maintain detailed ticket notes like a pro.

  • Lead the Charge: Step up and guide our help desk team.

  • Microsoft Troubleshooter: Windows 10/11, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft 365—your turf.

  • Network Ninja: Tackle network issues (Firewalls, Switches, Access Points).

  • Cloud Connoisseur: VMWare (vSphere and Horizon), AWS, and Azure—your playground.

  • Process Pioneer: Help us streamline and boost efficiency.

  • Documentation Dynamo: Maintain technical and end-user support docs.

  • Project Prodigy: Onboarding, installation, and upgrades—your canvas.

  • Automation Aficionado: Make repetitive tasks vanish with automation.
